Kuntolaakso swimming hall in Kuopio is the second largest in Finland. The swimming hall has for example a 10-lane 50m main pool, multi-purpose pool, jacuzzi and a jumping pool with all the jumping levels required for a competition.

More comfort for your visit to the swimming hall brings massaging showers, an aroma sauna, daily gym instructions, virtual aquagym devices and body composition measuring. Swimmers can also adjust the temperature and humidity of the saunas. A slide and a playing area in the caféteria also guarantee comfort for the little ones and Café Laituri serves swimmers every day.

Kuntolaakso swimming hall has two gyms. The one in the upstairs has weight stack devices, a squat spot, exercise cycles, and cross trainers as well as group exercise room. The other gym in the downstairs  is more suited for working out with free weights and has a lots of squat spots and hand weights.
