Slope restaurants in Tahko

Whether you’re skiing or not, after a day on the slopes there’s nothing like an après ski to complete the vibe. And Tahko is the place to be.

But Tahko is more than just a party place; whether you’re thirsty, hungry or just want to rest a moment in beautiful scenery, you’ll find a suitable place on the slopes.

At the top, in the Tahko Tourist Area, you will find the legendary Pehku and the Panorama Bar & Café with stunning views, both of which also serve during the summer season. These restaurants can also be reached via car.

Restaurant Tirol is located at the foot of the main lift line, meaning the nearest bite to eat or warm drink is never far away. From delicious snacks like freshly baked donuts and baguettes to full á la carte dishes the hungry will never be disappointed. Fast food and children’s menus are also available.

Tahko’s famous après ski draws people from all over the world with celebrations in full swing during the weekend afternoons and almost every day during the winter season. During the busiest après ski, the mood extends out onto the terraces and as the spring sun warms, music plays and laughter abounds.

While winter may welcome the snow, summer is not to be missed either. Hikers, landscape lovers, mountain bikers, frisbee golfers, orienteers, runners and people arriving by car, horse or even ATV are all welcome. Dinners, family reunions and other events are also arranged by appointment throughout the year.
